Prints are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. Parcel delivery 3–12 days based on country destination.
Go to the My Account page provided and fill in the required form with the mandatory data in order to process your order.

Once you placed your order, any change of status will be notified via the email provided.
We do not collect and process any Financial data, all the financial data is processed by a trusted platform outside the website. Godowninframes.com is not responsible under any circumstances of data loss. We strongly advise the usage of paypal.
If your order comes from a country within EU 22% VAT is applied to your order. Price in the shop is inclusive of 22% VAT. No additional cost are applied to your order.
We generally ship to the following countries: EU countries, United Kingdom, North America countries, Australia, New Zeland and Japan. However if your country is not listed, please contact us.
No. We make a single package for product. In the case of multiple order each item will have it’s own package. We try our best to combine items from multiple orders in one package.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer 14 days money back garanteed service. Items will need to be returned to our Italian returns address. Once it gets back to us, we can exchange the item or process a refund. The item must be unmarked, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. As a small independent business, customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. This doesn’t affect your statutory legal rights.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, sometimes it happens.
It’s simple, let us know within 14 days of receiving the item and we will send a free replacement.
As part of our guarantee, if an artwork arrives damaged, we will be happy to send an express replacement free of charge upon proof of damage. Please send us pictures of the damage or any other issues.
