Prints are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. Parcel delivery 3–12 days based on country destination.

We offer 14 days money back garanteed service. Items will need to be returned to our Italian returns address. Once it gets back to us, we can exchange the item or process a refund. The item must be unmarked, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. As a small independent business, customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. This doesn’t affect your statutory legal rights.

As part of our guarantee, if an artwork arrives damaged, we will be happy to send an express replacement free of charge upon proof of damage. Please send us pictures of the damage or any other issues.

Once an order is placed, you have a window of 2 hour to cancel your order, after this time frame we start production and orders can not be changed or cancelled. Please emial us at [email protected]

We ship to countries within the EU, however contact us before placing an order if your country is outside the European Union.

We always single package every product, in case of multiple orders we try to collect them in a single shipment.

We can guarantee there will be no additional import, custom or delivery fees on shipments within countries within the EU. For customers outside the European Union such as UK, AUS and USA it is possible, that you may be required to pay local duties or fees on the arrival of your order. Please note that we can not advise on this, nor can accept responsibility for these costs on orders outside the European Union.
